From mochi in Japan to halwa in India, there is no shortage of delicious desserts to satisfy any sweet tooth. However, not all desserts are created equal, and some may not be to everyone’s liking. Here are six of the most awful desserts in Asia:

1. Durian
Durian is a tropical fruit that is native to Southeast Asia, and it is often referred to as the “king of fruits.” It has a pungent odor that is likened to rotting onions or gym socks, which can be off-putting to many people. 2. Chou Doufu
