In today’s digital age, many individuals use social media to share their lives, connect with others, and even make a living as influencers. While there’s nothing wrong with this, it’s essential to strike a balance between sharing and privacy. In this article, we’ll explore a personal story that sheds light on the potential risks of oversharing on social media and the importance of safeguarding our personal lives.

We often see couples, parents, independent women, and successful men flaunting their lavish lifestyles on social media platforms, all while monetizing their online presence. Being an influencer and sharing your happiness is not inherently negative, but sometimes, the pursuit of popularity can have unintended consequences.

On January 17, 2018, I created my Instagram public profile with the intention of sharing fashion and medicine-related content to raise awareness. Freshly graduated and armed with free time, I thought it was an excellent opportunity to build a social presence.
