I Won't Keep a To-do List in 2022

I suggest you do the same.

When 2021 started, I made a resolution that I will build a habit of keeping a realistic to-do list every day so it could help me become more productive.

It was all going well, Building such a habit for a hyper anxious and perfectionist at the same time like me was difficult but I am glad I made it.

But now I made a change.

And I am so glad I did this. Marking my new list brings a grin to my face and internal happiness as I mark all the bullets without any extra effort or productivity that day.

How do I do it?

I keep a ‘ To-Don’t List’ in addition to my brief to-do list now.

I can keep this list as long as I want.

At the end of the day, marking all the things I did not want to do gives me a feeling of achievement and self-control. Isn’t it a better approach to feel better without doing anything? I love how it makes me feel i am on the right track.

We surely have activities and things in our minds that we do not intend to do. Not doing them and freeing yourself from forced things just to make others happy or get in the circle will only do harm to your mental peace.

In 2022, I want you all to keep a to-don’t list as long as you wish and I hope you get rid of the things you never want to do and explore your inner peace.
