Should You Really Buy a Fitness Band?
Minor but worthy addition to your lifestyle.
I will get into this straight.
I ordered a fit band earlier this month, thinking it would be more convenient to keep track of my footsteps this way. For the last few months, my lifestyle has been becoming sedentary. (Something I don’t want to go this way)
Anyway, I bought the watch. It was easier to set up and charge. There were a few features I really liked:
- I could keep track of my menstrual cycles.
- There was a better step counter.
- It showed a warning sign when I stayed idle for more than an hour.
Also adding to that, I really like how my phone screen time has decreased simultaneously as I don’t always pick up my phone to see the notification as the message already pops on my watch’s screen and there I can either reply later or at least get to know who texted me.
Moreover, I have set goals for myself. It helps me achieve my little daily goals easier. For example, My prime goal every day is to complete 10,000 steps daily. It shows and motivates me by displaying how far I am from achieving the goal and how many steps I took that day.
It feels like the competition is with myself. I have been able to accomplish my daily healthy tasks with this tiny investment and I think you need to try one too!
