Working on a computer for so long is tiring and exhausting and for people who have to dedicate more than half of their day to working on it, being freelancers and online workers, It actually drains out your energy and results in bad postures. There can be various reasons for your mental and physical illness, I am not saying doing this will do magic to your life but if it’s due to workload and burnout, I will definitely help you with it.
when I started working as a freelancer, I had to spend a lot of time sitting on a chair all day and working on the screen. This not only resulted in medical issues like backache, recurring headaches, dizziness, lethargy, and slouched posture. But with time, I started taking baby steps to keep myself feeling good and healthy while working on my dream job. Here are some simple tips based on my experience that will give you visible results in weeks and you will feel much better and confident throughout the day.
