The Proven Way To Lose Weight For People Who Sit on Screen 12 hours a Day

I never believed this until I tried this.

Fitness Gurus want you to exercise daily, Have a 10k step walk, Eat fewer carbs and do cardio more to lose weight and stay physically fit but It’s not easy for people like me who have to work day and night sitting in front of the screen.
I have tried 30-minutes exercises from youtube and specially made nutritionist/dieticians plans but my weight was stuck, And it didn’t show any results even though I have been doing this for half a year.

All of the things I did, their effects were canceled out because of 12 hour-long jobs of sitting in front of the screen and I couldn’t compromise on that because I had bills to pay. Staying fit was also a concern because all the belly fat was accumulating and I was no more comfortable in my body shape.
So I tried doing three things that were not specifically recommended by anyone but I always believed these things will be effective if I stay consistent.
So I did try them and I was surprised to see almost 4kg loss in my weight from 57kgs to 53kgs this month. I tried these three things with just 30 minutes walk to my office daily.

1. Drink A lot of water. 12 glasses a day.
