You might think this is just another clickbait type of article just to get your attention but No! This is something I have been wanting to share for so long. These activities are underrated but Adopting these will bring a visible change in your life. At least try doing just a few of them, You will feel motivated and better than ever!

Before I start, I want to tell you — These are the habits told to me by my grandmother. It was when I took a 2-year gap between School and my college which was an extremely painful and depressive phase for me, Just like usual teens, I became so isolated that I was failing to accomplish even the slightest task in a day. I have always been very close to my grandmother, She was the first to realize my mental health at that time and being my listener and a therapist, She suggested I should it easy and just add these 5–10 minutes activities daily to my Daily routine. I am confident these will work for you as well!

  1. Cleaning Your Bed: So many of us don’t know how important it is to adopt the habit of cleaning our room and especially our bed in the morning. Do it when you wake up and when you go to Sleep.
  • It is a stress reliever.
    It encourages you to adopt other good habits.
